Mornington Capital Limited was established in 1998 by experienced real estate investment banker Chris Eddis, to provide corporate finance advisory services and principal investment within the hotel and real estate sector for investors, owners, developers and operators.

Mornington, now consisting of four equity partners, has evolved into a respected, independent player in a niche market, able to offer a broad range of services, capital and relationships within the real estate and hotel investment sector.  Over the years, Mornington has worked with clients in diverse geographic markets, principally in Europe, but also in Asia, the Caribbean and elsewhere, and has advised on and/or originated, structured, negotiated and invested capital in all of these markets.

A particular focus is on the structuring of joint venture equity partnerships between local real estate operating partners and major global investment institutions.
